Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at D-TECH. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at D-TECH. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at D-TECH, you agree to the terms below along with Policy. If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought or if you are not happy with it, you have 15 days to issue a refund and return your product/service. If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.

The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.

The product has to be damage free, if we find any damage on the product we will cancel your refund immediately.

The product may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.

The product may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.

If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.

The  product purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds and customers will have to contact customer service within 5 business days from delivery date or estimated delivery date to claim refunds.

Note:  If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 5 days from the delivery of the product.

7 Days Replacement only

Desktops, Monitors, Laptops (new and Renewed), Printers, Tablets (new and Renewed), CPU, Power Supplies, Motherboards, Pen Drives, Hard Drives, Memory Cards, Internet Devices, Security Cameras, Work Space,  Networking Devices (new and Renewed), Speakers & Home Theatres, Headphones, Computer Accessories, Graphic Cards,  Cooling Devices, TV cards, Computing Components (new and certified refurbished), Ink and Gadget Accessories items are eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, CDs and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

Non-Returnable

Software item is non-returnable due to consumable (software keys/code) nature of the product. However, in the unlikely evet of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior issuing refund / replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. For software related technical or installation issues, please  contact the brand  directly.

Please contact to Apple Customer Care Service for Apple Mac Books, Mac Mini, iMac, iPads, Pencils and watches.

For few products, we may facilitate scheduling a technician visit to your location, on the basis of the technician's evaluation report, we will provide resolution.

Refunds

We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request. We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that D-TECH is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation. We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Shipping

D-TECH is responsible for return shipping costs. Every returning shipping is paid by D-TECH, even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place.

Changes to our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
