Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads via cold calling, LinkedIn & email campaigns
- Identify prospects from industrial & corporate sectors
- Fix meetings and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain accurate data in CRM (Odoo)
- Support marketing campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)

Gather market insights and client requirements
Must Have
- 1–3 years experience in B2B / IT / Field Marketing
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Confidence in cold calling & client interaction
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of IT solutions (preferred)

Graduate (Marketing / IT / Business preferred)
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools (Odoo or similar)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn & email marketing campaigns
- Exposure to IT infrastructure / system integration industry
- Understanding of industrial & corporate client segments
