DTECH Services is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Desktop Engineer to join our team in Bharuch. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who want to grow their career in IT hardware and desktop support.
The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktop systems and IT equipment to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and workstations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, etc.
- Install and upgrade operating systems (Windows) and required software
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer and connectivity issues
Must Have
- Hardware & Networking Course
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication
- Diploma in Computer Applications
- Any relevant degree
Nice to have
- Fresher to 2 Years of Experience
- Hardware replacement and troubleshooting
- Installation and upgradation of operating systems and software
- Repairing and maintenance of laptops, desktops, workstations, and printers
