General Manager of Sales
The General Manager of Sales will be responsible for developing & executing the sales strategy, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the sales field, and the ability to drive growth in a competitive market.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
- Weekly and Monthly review meeting with the team to ensure track of the sales goals.
- Weekly and Monthly review with the management and share progress of sales goal achievement vs. budget, challenges, way forward etc.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the same field or any OEM.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
