HR Trainee

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and quick-learning HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are passionate about building a career in HR.  

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support PF and basic compliance activities
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with employees for HR-related activities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Head

Must Have

  • MBA (HR) / BBA (HR) / IRPM or any other relevant HR qualification
  • 0–6 months of experience (Freshers with a strong learning attitude are welcome)
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Smart, proactive, and willing to take responsibility
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of PF & statutory compliance
  • Good documentation and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills
