you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users related to desktops, laptops, network connectivity, and peripherals. You will diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, ensure proper functioning of all systems, and assist in the maintenance and optimization of the network infrastructure.
Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications

Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.

Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

Help in configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.

Support VPN and remote access solutions.
