Job Location: Dahej
Package 28K + + Transport + Food Allowance / Month
Objective: The objective of the role is to assist clients with hardware and software issues. They should provide on-site or remote technical assistance including all IT-related issues.
Job Description:
· He must keep himself available at the customer site as per the requirements and support for uninterrupted IT facilities and services
· Addressing user requests and following up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
· He must have Basic experience on the below IT systems – L2 L1 switch configuration, Router configuration, P2P device configuration, and troubleshooting.
· Configuring and troubleshooting Hardware, Network and Software related issues reported by users.
· He must have Basic understanding knowledge of Server and Firewall.
· He must balance and match with site-specific customer rules and guidelines along with D-Tech policies.
· He should be able to manage client end meetings independently
Competency / Skills:
· Hands-on technical expertise to manage issues at the client site.
· Ability to communicate effectively.
· Identifying problems and finding quick and sound solutions.
· Must be flexible in considering rotational week offs.
Qualification: Any Graduate, Diploma in Electronics and Communication / Diploma in IT / BCA with 1- 2 years of experience.
