· To prepare overall Sales strategy to meet the annual target and meet the sales budget for the year
· To build and strengthen new customer base through networking
· To support in developing sales budget, value addition of the department by generating new leads and strategic planning of implementing the sales budget

To create a gate way in closing critical deals and personally support in
closing for high value-added leads.
· To establish a lead requirement for the existing customers
· He must possess complete forecast for sales visibility to meet the Sales goal
· Provide full visibility to the management for the sales pipeline at every stage of development

Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers
both externally and internally
· Weekly and Monthly review meeting with the team to ensure track of the sales goals
Responsiblities
- Proven track record in sales and marketing.
- Complete know how of the clients, their needs and support system possibility from D-TECH.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to plan and way forward for the sales budget.
- Good leadership and convincing ability.
Requirements

Any graduate with at least 10 to 12 years of similar experience in the field.

MBA in sales and marketing is preferred.

Must have experience of handling well experienced and senior team.
- Must have handled a mid-size team .
