Responsibilities
- Desktop and laptop installation, configuration, and support.
- Printer installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnosis and resolution of hardware & software issues.
- Outlook configuration and email setup.
- Installation and support of required software applications.
- Call logging and maintaining support tickets .
- Preparing and updating call reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinating with users to ensure timely issue resolution.
Must Have
- Freshers are welcome.
- ITI (ICTSM) or any relevant IT / Computer degree.
- Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting.
- Any Other Courses.
Nice to have
- Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a site-based, support-oriented environment.
- Responsible and proactive attitude
