We are looking for a Field Management Services (FMS) Engineer with strong technical expertise in desktop support, networking, and IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and providing reliable on-site technical support.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Networking & LAN/WAN Support.
- Desktop & End-User Support.
- Router Configuration & Troubleshooting.
- Domain & User Management.
- Call logging and maintaining support tickets .
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher.
- BCA / B.Sc / B.Tech.
- Any Other Courses.
- Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting.
Nice to have
- Minimum 3+ Years.
- Basic technical knowledge with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a site-based, support-oriented environment.
