Inside Sales Coordinator

As an Inside Sales Coordinator specializing in Information Technology Enterprise Business, you will be integral in driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships within the IT sector. Working closely with the sales team, you will support various aspects of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support :-                                               Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and qualify leads within the IT enterprise sector.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for prospective IT clients.
  • Client Relationship Management :-  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with IT enterprise clients, serving as a primary point of contact.
  • Understand client requirements and objectives to effectively communicate product or service value propositions.
  • Sales Operations :-                                        Manage and update sales CRM systems with client information, sales activities, and pipeline data.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  •  Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and finance to support sales initiatives.
  • Administrative Support :-                                Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales processes, client interactions, and contractual agreements.

Requirements

  • BBA, Marketing, Information Technology
  • Experience in sales support, inside sales or customer service with in the IT sector
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking
  • Proficiency in CRM Software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced , dynamic environment and collaborative with cross functional teams.
