Objective:The role aims to drive sales by developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, maintaining customer relation to maximize the profit
Job Description:
• Visiting market on daily basis for new business growth
• Develop and identify new leads by field visit, tele calling and social/digital marketing.
• Develop marketing and pricing strategies by doing competitors analysis
• Monitor competitor’s activity and brainstorm potential improvement or changes in marketing strategy, products or services
• Creating product awareness with marketing plan, advertising direct marketing and coordinate with sales management to achieve the goal.
• Updating leads in CRM system
• Develop relationship with key stakeholders both externally and internally
• Researching new marketing opportunities
Competency / Skills:
• Basic IT hardware knowledge.
• High-level communication and networking skill in terms of customer contacts with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and channel.
• Analytical and problem-solving skill
• Time management
Qualification: Any Bachelor degree in the field of EC/Computer Science/Preferred MBA in Marketing with 6-12 months of experience
Mandatory:
• Behavioral Skill (Soft speaking)
• Both written and verbal Communication skill
• Willing to travel as and when required to meet the client.
